Hey, I am Chideraa McCullough. I am a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, and ServiceNow System Administrator with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in analyzing and improving business operations, conducting functional requirement analysis, project management, Scrum and Agile methodologies, configuring/managing/monitoring systems, analyzing data, and creating/managing technical content.

     Outside of work, I keep myself busy learning so I can keep up with the constantly evolving IT world. This has encouraged me to acquire a wide range of technologies and technical skills such as Python, Excel, Tableau, AWS, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365, Visio, and Lucidchart. This passion for learning and hands-on experience led me to join the My Tech Bestfriend "ServiceNow Business Analyst and Technical Writer" apprenticeship in January 2022. With this apprenticeship, I have had the chance to leverage my knowledge to create and improve upon a wide array of technical content and work in a team to understand stakeholders’ key business metrics, objectives, and goals to result in positive outcomes within the project deadline.
